Grade 1A February Newsletter
Dear Parents and Guardians,
The Grade Ones have been working hard at school to start the New Year. We have been practicing “procedural writing” and are now able to write directions to tell you how to do things like brush your teeth or build a snowman.
The children’s Memory Boxes have been great! They have put a lot of work into decorating them and are enjoying talking about the items they bring to school.

*Reading words (and sounding out) through “Shared, Modeled and Guided Reading”
